Salary:between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum (to be discussed at interview, dependent on experience)
Plus:Share of service charge (approximately £2,000 per year)
Hours:Full-time, 40+ hours per week (including weekends and bank holidays)

As Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will lead the daily operation of our diverse dining experiences, including:
You'll be a visible leader, working alongside your team, engaging with guests and setting the tone for exceptional service throughout every shift.
You'll inspire, coach and support your team to deliver service that is professional without being formal, attentive without being intrusive, and always memorable.
You'll be someone who:
Previous management experience within a luxury hotel, premium restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
