Valor Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our F&B team and deliver memorable guest experiences at our Reading venue.
You will oversee daily service, coordinate events, and ensure health and safety standards are met, while maintaining high-quality guest interactions and efficient operation.

Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties
Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
