Job summary

voco Fareham-Solent is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team and deliver memorable dining experiences for guests. You’ll work across food and beverage service, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction while partnering with a friendly team in a vibrant hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
