Job summary

Holiday Inn Reading-South is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team and ensure memorable guest experiences. You will oversee service delivery, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and support events and daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
