Job summary

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the restaurant and bar team at Refuge in the Clocktower venue. The role focuses on delivering highly personal guest experiences and coaching staff to excel in service standards.

You will join a vibrant hotel team, bringing warmth, energy and a can-do attitude to daily operations, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor/Team Leader/Assistant Manager.
• Strong guest service mindset with focus on personal experiences.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.

• Lead front-of-house operations in a Restaurant/Bar/Hotel setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager
• Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are having a uniquely personal experience!
• Experience developing and coaching team members to make sure that they are performing at their best
• A personal license (highly beneficial, can be put through this if required)
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
• Drive to produce results - we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
• A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
