Refuge at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to help lead our team across restaurant, bar and breakfast, ensuring 5* service and a vibrant guest experience. You will support F&B managers, handle high-level service recoveries, train new starts and cover shifts when a manager is unavailable.

You should be available for 40 hours per week across varied shifts, with weekends and evenings required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Restaurant, Bar or Hotel supervision/leadership roles.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and personal interaction.

Responsibilities

• Support F&B managers to ensure smooth department operations.
• Handle high-level service recoveries and training for new starts.
• Manage shifts in the absence of a F&B manager; support across restaurant, bar and breakfast as needed.
