Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is hiring a Bartender for Refuge at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester. The role is 32 hours per week, on-site, with weekend/evening shifts. You’ll craft cocktails, share drink knowledge with guests and work closely with the F&B team to deliver memorable experiences.

Ideal candidates bring bartender or mixologist experience, a passion for guest service and a willingness to learn in a vibrant hotel environment. Personal license is a plus.

We are looking for an authentic and driven Bartender (32 hours per week) to join us at Refuge in Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

Your main duties and responsibilities will be ensuring high quality guest experience through the creation of unique and exciting cocktails, interacting with our guests to share your knowledge of various Beers, Wines and Spirits. You will also be assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service!

So, we are looking for someone who has…

• Availability to work 32 hours per week across a variety of shifts (weekend and evening availability essential)
• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Bartender or Mixologist
• Knowledge of Wines, Beers, Spirits and Cocktails – excited by being creative and sharing your skills with others
• Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are having a uniquely personal experience!
• A personal license (highly beneficial)
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
• Drive to produce results – we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
