• Genuine passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients.
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitors.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve excellence.
• Exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail.
