Firmdale Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Porter for Dorset Square Hotel in Marylebone. You will be the backbone of kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, basic prep support, and smooth service during busy periods.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen to ensure a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.
• Support the kitchen team in basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
• Assist with the organisation and storage of kitchen equipment, utensils, and supplies.
• Collaborate closely with chefs and fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the team.
• Embrace opportunities for learning and development, with the potential to progress within the company.

What You Need

• Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating your familiarity with kitchen operations.

Our very first opening, and the hotel where Tim and Kit Kemp's vision for Firmdale Hotels began, Dorset Square Hotel occupies a handsome Regency building overlooking the garden square that was once the site of Thomas Lord's original cricket ground.
