Covent Garden Hotel, part of Firmdale Hotels, seeks a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the restaurant and bar teams in a luxury setting. You will work with senior management to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a fast-paced luxury venue.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management and operations of the restaurant and bar.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with guests and team.
• Address and resolve guest complaints in liaison with F&B Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regs and company policies.
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to deliver high-quality service.
• Conduct daily team briefings to ensure clarity and motivation.
• Lead and develop your team to maintain high standards.
• Maintain high standards of food, drink, and service quality.

As a Food and
Beverage Supervisor at the Covent Garden Hotel, you will play a crucial role in
ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant and bar. Working closely with
senior management and your team, you will strive to deliver exceptional dining
experiences that exceed our guests' expectations. Your leadership and passion for food and beverage will contribute to the continued success of our vibrant establishment.

Responsibilities:
