Firmdale Hotels’ Dorset Square Hotel in Marylebone is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the restaurant and bar operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

What you need

• Previous experience as a Restaurant or F&B supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury venue
• Genuine passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitors
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve excellence
• Exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail
