Firmdale Hotels Covent Garden Hotel in London is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant and bar operations, lead a passionate team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will work closely with management to maintain high standards, ensure health and safety compliance, and contribute to the ongoing success of a renowned, design-led hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a luxury venue.
• Passion for food and beverage with knowledge of quality products.
• Ability to lead and develop a team with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily management and operation of the restaurant and bar.
• Build professional relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Address guest complaints and liaise with the F&B Manager.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to deliver high-quality service.
• Conduct daily team briefings to maintain clarity and motivation.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to maintain a positive environment.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at the Covent Garden Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant and bar. Working closely with senior management and your team, you will strive to deliver exceptional dining experiences that exceed our guests' expectations. • Oversee the daily management and smooth operation of the restaurant and bar..
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with our guests, ensuring their satisfaction..
• Address and resolve any guest complaints, communicating effectively with the Food and Beverage Manager..

• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to deliver high-quality service..

What you Need:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant or Food and Beverage Supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury venue..
• Demonstrated passion for food and beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients..
• Strong understanding of the current market and competitive landscape..
• Proven experience in managing, leading, and developing a team..
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail..
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with guests and team members..
