We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the shift, supervise the front of house Food and Beverage team, and support the Food & Beverage Management team in the daily operations of the department, including Bar, Lounge and Terrace, Restaurant, and Conference & Banqueting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests and visitors in our F&B outlets
• Supervise the food and beverage team to ensure high standards are maintained
• Assist with stock ordering and control to ensure availability
• Work collaboratively with the team to evaluate, train, and enhance guest experiences
• Support the welfare and motivation of the F&B team
• Participate in regular team meetings to ensure effective communication
• Manage cost of sales to maximize departmental profitability
• Stay updated with industry trends and practices to improve departmental profitability
• Encourage upselling and on-selling to boost revenue
• Coordinate with sales teams to communicate and manage event charges
