Food and Beverage Supervisor, Cheltenham

Queens Hotel, one of the first purpose-built hotels in Europe, was built on the site of the original Sherborne Spa and has historically hosted nobility and royalty visiting Cheltenham. Our team offers exceptional customer service in a luxurious setting, allowing guests to enjoy our rich history and explore the Cotswolds.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team. In this hands-on role, you will lead shifts, supervise the front-of-house team, and support the Food & Beverage Management in the daily operations of our Bar, Lounge, Garden, and Restaurant.

Responsibilities:
  1. Leading and motivating the team during service to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
  2. Assisting with training, development, and daily briefings for the F&B team.
  3. Maintaining standards across all service areas.
  4. Supporting management with stock control and health & safety procedures.
  5. Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
Requirements:
  1. Previous supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment.
  2. A passion for food, drink, and hospitality.
  3. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  4. Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example.
  5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
