This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to cover Midlands sites (Landor Street, Darlaston, Smethwick, Coventry, Kingsbury). As Area ELV Supervisor at EMR, you will support ELV teams to ensure efficient vehicle processing and depollution, and achievement of team goals.

What you will be doing:

• Hands-on role, involving understanding vehicle components and identifying opportunities for reuse, repurposing, and recycling to save carbon
• Travel within your area to support site operations
• Collaborate with ELV Teams to meet production targets
• Ensure depollution processes are followed correctly per SOP
• Work with the ELV Area Manager to optimize regional operations
• Support safety, sustainability, and efficiency initiatives
• Contribute ideas to grow ELV volumes and improve processes
• Maintain control of waste products and ensure accurate paperwork
• Promote health and safety practices within the team
• Report SHEQ concerns promptly
