Located on Ocean Boulevard in Blackpool, the Boulevard Hotel is a luxurious seafront hotel at Pleasure Beach Resort.

We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and high-quality culinary offerings. You will play a key role in maintaining food safety standards, managing kitchen staff, and enhancing the overall dining experience within our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure service standards are met.
• Train, mentor, and manage the performance of F&B team members.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
• Assist in creating and implementing menus and beverage offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of F&B.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.

Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant setting is essential.
