Known for our award-winning restaurant, traditional 1220 Bar, elegant afternoon teas and weddings, we take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

Due to continuous business growth, we are introducing an exciting new role: Food & Beverage Manager. This is a flexible and dynamic position, offering the opportunity to shape the future of our F&B operations while facing rewarding challenges. You will oversee our restaurant, bar, and event spaces, ensuring top-quality service and innovation in all aspects of food and beverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the F&B team, ensuring seamless service across all outlets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Train, motivate, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Monitor budgets, stock control, and supplier relations to optimise efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Oversee event catering, afternoon tea service, and bar operations.

  • Proven experience in an F&B managerial role within a hotel or high-end restaurant.
