I am currently recruiting for an Assistant F&B Manager to join this boutique hotel set in the Cotswolds. My client is looking for a leader to oversee the restaurants and their operations across the hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning hotel.

About the position

Responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant & bar outlets
Create and implement weekly activities in the restaurant and bar
Drive staff training to the highest level
Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
Assume responsibility for operations, stock takes, and financial results
Report to the F&B Manager

The successful candidate

Will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotels
A strong understanding of operations, forecasting, and budgets
A high level of customer service
Experience with high volume
Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
