Job summary

Berkeley Scott, partnering with a 4-star hotel in North Wales, is recruiting a Food and Beverage Manager for Chateau Rhianfa, Anglesey. You will lead all F&B outlets and coordinate weddings and events with the General Manager and Head Chef to maintain high standards.

You will motivate and train the team, manage rosters, wage budgets, stock and revenue, and ensure smooth operation in a busy season in a rural setting with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience leading F&B in a hotel or similar setting.
• Proven ability to manage weddings and large events.

Responsibilities

• Lead all F&B outlets in the hotel, including bar and restaurant.

Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with a 4 Star hotel in North Wales. We are recruiting a Food and Beverage Manager to join the food and beverage team, working in partnership with the General Manager and Head Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

This role is part of a hospitality group committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and supportive working environment.

As Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for all F&B outlets in the hotel. In addition to the bar and restaurant, the hotel does a lot of weddings and events and so you will be an Food and beverage Manager who has experience in this. You will motivate and train the team to deliver the highest standards. You will be well organised to ensure they go smoothly. You will be someone who loves working with people and ensuring their event goes well. This is a busy hotel and wedding season lasts for most of the year, so this will suit a Food and beverage Manager who enjoys weddings and the bustle that comes with them.

As Food and beverage Manager you will work closely with the kitchen and other department heads in the hotel. You will be responsible for all paperwork in your department, including rotas, wage budgets, stock control and for growing revenue.
