Job summary

This role oversees all Food & Beverage across restaurants, bars, weddings and events, collaborating with General Managers and the Head Chef to deliver outstanding experiences. You will drive high standards of service, cost control, and guest satisfaction, leading the F&B team, supervising

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team in a restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Hospitality sector experience is highly useful and valued.
  • Experience in F&B operations is a plus.

Job description

Responsible for all things Food and Beverage related across restaurants, bars and weddings and events; it’s an extremely diverse role – where every day is different.

You will work closely with your General Managers and Head Chef in order to ensure our Food and Beverage offering is the best that it can possibly in order to surprise and delight our guests.

Experience in the hospitality sector would be highly useful and valuable, but if this isn’t something you have, we would still encourage you to apply.

We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
