Job summary

Hampton By Hilton Gatwick is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our morning kitchen team. You will help prepare breakfast items and ensure timely service for our guests.

• Manage inventory for breakfast ingredients, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately.
• Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of ingredients in line with hotel budget guidelines.
