Job summary

Novotel London West is looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our busy hotel team. You will serve food and drinks across our outlets with friendliness and attentiveness, ensuring guests receive a personal and memorable experience.

You will handle bills, take payments, clear and reset tables, and listen to guests to anticipate their needs. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys teamwork, with growth opportunities within the Arora group.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience in a fast-paced hotel environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks in assigned outlets in a friendly, timely manner.
• Take orders, raise bills and take payments.
• Clear and reset tables between guests.
• Listen to guests and offer knowledgeable recommendations.

• Food and Beverage Assistants embrace every opportunity to create extra special moments for our guests and provide a personal experience that will be remembered.
• Serve food and drinks in our assigned Food and Beverage outlets in a friendly and timely manner.
• Taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests and building natural rapport.
• Making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the food and drinks that our guests might enjoy.
• Raising bills and taking payment.
• Clearing and re-setting tables.
