Qualifications

• Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
• Show compassion and commitment to delivering culinary services to residents.
• Experience in a similar setting (restaurant/hotel) desirable.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
• DBS Disclosure check will be met by Avery Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with choosing meal options at the time of dining.
• Ensure dining tables are set in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Keep front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and replenish dirty crockery.
• Ensure fresh cakes, biscuits, finger foods and fresh fruit are replenished in the day.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements.

Job description

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
• Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
• Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
• Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
• Being aware of resident's dietary requirements.

Our ideal candidate must:
