Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Team Member for Fleet Hall Care Home in Fleet. You will support dining services, assist residents with meals, and help maintain clean, inviting dining areas. The role emphasizes high hygiene standards and compassionate care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
• Ensuring that the standard operating procedures set dining tables.
• Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
• Being aware of residents dietary requirements.

About the Role

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.
