Avery Healthcare is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to support dining services for residents, helping them choose meals and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. You will maintain high hygiene standards, keep the dining areas tidy, and replenish fresh baked goods and fruit throughout the day.

Qualifikationen

• High standards of personal hygiene.

• A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
• Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
• Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
• Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
• Being aware of residents dietary requirements.
