Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member for Winchester Heights Care Home in Hampshire. You will support dining services, assist residents with meals, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

Experience in a similar setting is valued, with a basic Food Hygiene Certificate beneficial. Role involves accommodating dietary requirements, stocking the bistro with fresh items, and upholding high standards of personal hygiene and compassionate service

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
• Ensuring that the standard operating procedures set dining tables.
• Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
• Being aware of resident’s dietary requirements.

• Having experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel would be desirable
