Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm and dedicated Food and Beverage Team Member for Beaconsfield Heights Care Home in Beaconsfield. You will support dining services and assist residents with meals in a caring, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High standards of personal hygiene.
• Experience in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel is desirable.
• A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is beneficial.
• Compassion and commitment to delivering culinary services to residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meal options during dining.
• Set dining tables according to SOP.
• Keep front-of-house area clean, tidy, and well-presented; clear and replenish crockery.
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are available in the bistro and replenish throughout the day, plus finger foods and fresh fruit.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements to tailor service.

We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Food and Beverage Team Member at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home in Beaconsfield.

About The Role

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.

Other Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
• Ensuring that the standard operating procedures set dining tables.
• Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
• Being aware of resident's dietary requirements.
