Role Overview

Our Food and Beverage Assistant will deliver restaurant-quality service to residents with a smile. Responsibilities include welcoming residents, explaining menu choices clearly, serving food from the kitchen, and maintaining a spotless dining environment. You will also support dining operations or food & beverage services in areas such as the Private dining room, Café, Sky Lounge Bistro, or during special events.

You will handle complaints professionally, ensuring residents feel listened to and understood, and promptly inform supervisors of any issues in a calm and polite manner.

What Signature Offers

• £12.00 per hour
• Shift Times: 06:30 - 14:30 and 12:15 - 20:15
• Flexibility required for some weekends
• Up to 30 days annual leave, starting at 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, depending on length of service
