Your role at Signature

Our Food and Beverage Assistant will deliver restaurant-quality service to our residents with a smile. You’ll welcome residents, explain menu choices clearly, serve food from the kitchen, and keep the dining room spotless. You will also support dining operations or food & beverage service in areas such as the Private dining room, Café, Sky Lounge Bistro, or during special events, depending on the home where you are applying.

You’ll handle complaints professionally, ensuring residents feel listened to and understood, and inform your supervisor of any issues promptly, in a calm and polite manner.

This role is internally called Hospitality Assistant. If successful, this will be your job title. You will work across departments including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Wellbeing & Lifestyle, with responsibilities varying per shift based on the department supported.

What Signature Offers

• From £12.60 per hour
• Food & Beverage Shift Times: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 11:30am - 7:30pm, and 12:30pm - 8:30pm (a mix of shifts)
• Full-time day shifts available
• Up to 30 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, depending on length of service
• Free meals on shift for staff working over 6 hours
