Job summary

Ansty Hall, part of the Exclusive Collection, is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to deliver warm, attentive hospitality across our F&B areas. You will support seamless service, take orders, and help create memorable moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable.
• Bar experience preferred.
• Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests at all times.
• Preparing and serving drinks.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate with the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks in line with brand standards.
• Set up and clear tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
• Support events, meetings, and private dining service.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist guests confidently.
