Job summary

Exclusive Hotels and Venues is seeking a Kitchen Porter at Ansty Hall to support the kitchen team, keep areas clean, and assist with basic food prep in a busy, professional setting.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain high cleanliness standards, handle dishwashing and stock duties, and follow strict food safety procedures while contributing to guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are cleaned efficiently.
• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required.
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and storage of goods.
• Dispose of waste safely and maintain a clean working environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times.
