Job summary

The Manor House, part of Exclusive Collection, seeks a Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver warm, professional service across restaurant, bar and lounge areas. You will join a heritage setting with a Michelin-starred restaurant and championship golf course, supported by a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service across restaurant, bar and lounge areas
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen
• Serve dishes and beverages to the required standards of timing and presentation
• Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently to support smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
• Offer confident menu knowledge and assist guests with queries or recommendations
• Process payments accurately and follow company procedures
• Support Food & Beverage operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and bar service
• Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times
