Job summary

The Globe in Alresford is seeking a friendly Front of House team member to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will greet customers, take orders, process payments, and support smooth service in a fast-paced independent venue.

Hours range 16–40 per week with options for full-time or part-time contracts. Weekend availability is a must, and benefits include an employee discount.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with bar tending is beneficial.
• Understanding of food safety regulations is desirable.
