Qualifications

• Experience supervising front-of-house in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to motivate a team.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding experiences.
• Maintain highest customer service, cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Manage guest relations, handle issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with staff training and development to uphold brand standards.
• Support management in driving sales and achieving business goals.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for staff and guests.
