Job summary

Slim Chickens Swindon is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily service in a fast-paced, casual dining setting. You’ll lead the front-of-house team, ensure top-notch guest experiences, and uphold cleanliness and presentation standards across shifts.

We value strong leadership, hospitality flair, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Weekend and bank holiday availability is expected as part of a busy hospitality calendar.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Natural leader able to inspire and guide a team.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
