Slim Chickens Swindon, part of BRG, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee FOH operations and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

You will mentor staff, maintain high standards of service and presentation, manage guest relations, and support the management team in achieving sales goals. Weekend and bank holiday availability is required.

• Candidates must have supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
