Job summary

Slim Chickens UK & Europe is seeking a Front of House Supervisor at our Ealing venue to lead a busy FOH team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise service, mentor staff, maintain brand standards and support management in achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory restaurant experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front-of-house in a restaurant or fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the FOH team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage guest relations and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Support staff training and development to uphold brand standards.
• Assist management in driving sales and achieving business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
• Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
• Flexible, availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays – we’re always on the go!
