Job summary

The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere, part of the Inn Collection Group, is preparing to open its doors and is looking for enthusiastic Front of House team members to join from day one. With 55 bedrooms, 196 internal covers and 148 external covers, this is a substantial, food-led operation in the heart of Grasmere.

As the first smile greeting guests, you will welcome, take orders, serve dishes, and recommend drinks, delivering warm, memorable hospitality and helping the inn become a destination known

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front-of-house preferred.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm welcome.
• Take orders and serve dishes from kitchen.
• Recommend drinks from selection and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure guests have memorable experience.
