Slim Chickens Bond Street in London is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee busy service, lead the front-of-house team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will supervise, mentor staff, ensure cleanliness and presentation, handle guest relations, assist with training, and help drive sales in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible, availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays.
