Job summary

Slim Chickens Leeds is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the restaurant team and ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced casual setting.

You will supervise front-of-house operations, mentor staff, and uphold brand standards while helping drive sales and guest satisfaction. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership with ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
