Slim Chickens York is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the dining room and front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences. You’ll mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and work closely with the management team to hit sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Natural leader who can inspire and guide a team.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.
