Job summary

Slim Chickens UK & Europe is seeking a Front of House Supervisor at our Broughton restaurant to lead and inspire the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll supervise front-of-house operations, coach staff, ensure clean presentation, handle guest relations, and support management to drive sales while maintaining our vibrant, welcoming brand. Flexible weekends and late shifts expected.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Customer-focused approach with attention to cleanliness and presentation.
