Job summary

Escape Recruitment partners with a UK FMCG manufacturer to recruit a Supply Chain Planner. The role focuses on turning orders and forecasts into production plans, ensuring materials availability and smooth movement through the supply chain.

You will collaborate with Production, Procurement, Account Managers, Suppliers and Customers to manage demand changes, resolve issues and keep operations on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Production or Materials Planning in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production plans aligned with customer orders and forecasts.
• Plan raw materials and coordinate orders to meet production needs.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as demand changes.
• Analyze sales forecasts and stock levels to minimize waste and ensure availability.
• Maintain accurate product and inventory data within ERP/MRP systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.
