Morrisons is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for our Distribution site, a fast-paced FMCG operation with 24/7 coverage and over 1,000 onsite colleagues.

You will lead a team, coach talent, set targets, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring high standards of service to customers. The role emphasizes people leadership and operational excellence within a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics FMCG environment.
• Team management experience is desirable but not essential.
• You will set targets and review progress, creating plans to improve performance.
• You will be solutions driven, resolving operational problems and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage and communicate with your team to ensure efficient operations across goods in, pick and loading areas.
• Lead and develop your team to deliver the best possible service to customers.
• Monitor KPIs and take action to meet targets.
