Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Administration or Commercial Administration roles.
• Experience in Food/FMCG/Manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, processing customer orders and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, handling enquiries and coordinating with internal departments to ensure excellent service.
• Maintain CRM and sales records, prepare reports, and support the smooth running of the commercial function.
• Assist with quotations, order tracking, and general sales administration within a busy FMCG environment.
