Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Facilities Technician for a modern FMCG manufacturing site in Gloucestershire. The role involves maintaining building systems, including plumbing and carpentry, to support production reliability and uptime.

Key responsibilities include electrical fault-finding, planned and reactive maintenance, and working a Mon-Fri day shift with potential for overtime and progression within a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in an industrial FMCG environment.
• Plumbing, carpentry, utilities/boiler/refrigeration/water systems experience.
• Hands-on maintenance across pre-planned, reactive and breakdown work.
• Ability to work days and nights shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building systems including plumbing and carpentry.
• Perform electrical fault-finding and preventative maintenance.
• Support production performance and uptime on site.
