Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a modern FMCG site in Gloucestershire. You will carry out both electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on fault-finding, PP maintenance, and the ability to work a 4 on, 4 off days and nights shift pattern. Overtime and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Able to work a days and nights shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated and semi-automated production machinery.
• Fault-finding and planned preventive maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency.
• Support production performance and site reliability.
