Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a modern FMCG site in Gloucestershire. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated lines, with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern and potential for career progression.

You will fault-find, perform pre-planned and reactive maintenance and work to improve reliability and uptime on high-speed production equipment within a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands-on maintenance: pre-planned, reactive and breakdown.
• Ability to work a days and nights shift pattern.
• Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical maintenance experience (motors, gearboxes, bearings, pneumatics and hydraulics).
• Basic PLC fault-finding experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated/semiautomated production machinery.
• Fault finding and planned preventative maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency.
• Support production performance across the site on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
