Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Site Services Supervisor for a Bristol-based FMCG manufacturing site. The role focuses on leading a maintenance team, reducing downtime, and delivering reliable production through hands-on planning and fault-finding on key facilities including water utilities.

You will manage a fast-paced environment, drive improvements, and work Monday to Friday on a day shift, with career development opportunities within a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Site Services experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands-on pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with utilities and water reduction on large sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a site services team performing maintenance and fault-finding.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities including water systems.
• Drive uptime, reliability and production performance on site.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to minimise downtime.
