Pioneer Selection Ltd. is sourcing an Engineering Manager for a modern FMCG manufacturing site in Gloucestershire. You will lead the engineering team, overseeing electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated production lines to maximise uptime and efficiency.

The role operates Mon-Fri days, offering a competitive salary up to £70k, with a benefits package including pension and life insurance; essential candidates have NVQ3/City & Guilds and hands-on maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands-on pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Ability to work a Mon - Fri days role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering team for electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Carry out fault-finding on automated production machinery.
• Drive preventative maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency.
• Support production performance across the site.
